Store Policies FREE THREE YEAR WARRANTY on all watches. Our warranty is the same as the manufacturer's.
30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY Any watch that has not been worn, scratched, damaged or sized may be returned for exchange or for a store credit within 30 days. We do not give refunds or issue charge card credits. Watches for exchange
must be returned in original, new condition along with the gift box, warranty, tags, and a copy of the sales invoice. Customer must pay all shipping charges on exchanges.
CANCELLED ORDERS Customers who place an order and then cancel it or refuse delivery will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee on their credit card.
PRIVACY POLICY We are in the business of selling watches, not names or personal information. We will never, ever give your name, email address, or personal information to anyone.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS In the past, we were not able to accept credit cards issued outside of the US and Canada. Now your International credit card can be processed online, on our website. It usually takes just 2 - 4 business days from the day you place your order till the day you receive your watch. If your credit card was issued by a non-US bank and your shipping address is in the US a 3% charge will be added to your order to cover extra credit card processing fees.
You may also pay for an international order with a Bank Wire transfer. If you pay with a Bank Wire transfer, we will insure and ship your order anywhere in the world for just XXX

IMPORTANT: Please tell your bank you would like to pay any bank fees or bank
charges separately, including those charged by Intermediary banks. If any
bank fees are deducted from our remittance, your shipment may be delayed.
Once you have sent the Bank Wire, send us an email with your name, your
complete address including postal code, phone numbers, the model number of
the watch you are ordering, the name of your bank and the amount of the Bank
Wire. It can take 2 - 4 days for the Bank Wire to reach us. We ship within
24 hours of receiving your bank wire.
